Our results promise
If your assistant doesn't bring at least 20 extra booked appointments in your first 60 days after going live, your next month is free. We track this in your monthly report so you can see it yourself.
Applies to the Fill the Calendar and High-Value Growth plans, for clinics receiving at least 20 patient enquiries a day, with the assistant live on the clinic's main WhatsApp number.
What isn't included
WhatsApp's own per-message charges and phone call minutes are paid at cost and shown separately on your invoice. For most clinics this is about ₹1,000–3,000 a month. Ad spend is paid directly to Google or Meta.
Payment terms
Setup fee paid upfront. Monthly fee billed in advance. Cancel any time with 30 days' notice. Prices exclude GST.
